Previous Patch Parity
Version 6.83c was released a bit later than our last patch. So we did some parity with it too.
Axe
- Berserker's Call no longer affects invulnerable units
- Berserker's Call no longer keeps the targets disabled if Axe dies while the targets still have the debuff
- Culling Blade kill threshold reduced from 250/350/450 to 250/325/400 (Scepter from 300/450/625 to 300/425/550)
Juggernaut
- Agility growth reduced from 2.85 to 2.4
- Healing Ward manacost rescaled from 80/100/120/140 to 120/125/130/135
- Blade Fury manacost rescaled from 110 to 120/110/100/90
Vengeful Spirit
- Wave of Terror duration reduced from 20 to 15 seconds
Winter Wyvern
- Splinter Blast no longer ignores Linken's Sphere
- Cold Embrace now castable on magic immune allies
DotA-related bug fixes
Flying isn't excuse
If eul's cyclone failed to apply sleep will be used instead. The same properties - disable and invulnerability, just different visual effect. This will make it viable against Batrider or Winter Wyvern or any other flying unit, which used to be unaffected by Eul.
Lone Druid
- Fixed Rabid affecting Spirit bear's illusion randomly instead of bear
Winter Wyvern
- Cold Embrace now stops when unit become active
Changes
Zeus' Rage
Maelstrom and Mjollnir are no longer orb effects. This was long story but overall there are no point in keeping this items orb effects. Dota2 shown its not a big deal if they works with other orbs, and we will see if it's fine even when no orb- or buffplacer acting at all.
Subsidiary buildings adjustments
Subsidiary buildings were adjusted a bit in DotA2 and not 'just because'. It's unclear why some structures gives that much bounty, probably another rudimentary element of map. Now they all adjusted as they supposed to be.
- Ziggurat's day vision 900 -> 800
- Sacrificial pit hp 900 -> 500; armor 5 -> 10; bounty 250+ -> 102-120, day vision 900 -> 800
- Boneyard hp 1100 -> 500; armor 5 -> 10; bounty 300+ -> 102-120, day vision 900 -> 800
- Moon well's day vision 900 -> 800
- Ancient of wind hp 900 -> 500; armor 5 -> 10; bounty 250+ -> 102-120, day vision 900 -> 800
- Hunter's hall hp 1100 -> 500; armor 5 -> 10; bounty 300+ -> 102-120, day vision 900 -> 800
General
- Neutral's facing corrected
- Black dragon scale size reduced
- Black Dragons no longer fly but hover
- Buyback now has visual debuff and gold text doesn't shown if it doesn't count
- Player's nicknames won't affect killing strings anymore
- Assist bonus gold now shown in the kill string
Various improvemens towards courier handling.
- Chat command -ui now switches courier respawn label on and off
- Courier respawn timer no longer shown if courier uncontrollable to player
- Courier respawn now also visible over circle of power (ally and observers only)
- If courier killed, but not by scourge/sentinel player, it won't provide bonus gold
- Killing courier now reveals the killer
- Killed courier won't ping on minimap for enemies
Heroes
Abaddon
- Frostmourne no longer based on Bloodlust
Alchemist
- Alchemist's bonus gold now comes in the same texttag as normal bounty, not secondary
Bristleback
- Bristleback's cast point and backswing removed, Goo now has 0.3s cast time instead (you can use spikes without interrupting previous orders now)
Dragon Knight
- Added FX for Corrosive breath
Medusa
- Stone Gaze now ends if Medusa dies
Phantom Lancer
- Phantom Edge no longer counts illusion from other sources (manta style / rune / whatever else) as passive illusion (you can spawn more illusion)
Spiritbreaker
- Fixed Charge of darkness targeting linken didn't start cooldown
- Spiritbreaker can no longer use Charge of darkness when ensnared or rooted
Bug fixes
Clockwerk
- Fixed Clockwerk's cogs have bounty reward
Doom
- Fixed Doom cannot target non-heroes
- Fixed Basic Doom didn't allowed to deny hero
Geomancer
- Fixed Geostrike damage didn't penetrate magic immunity
- Fixed Meepo's clone items handling
Holy Knight
- Fixed Test of faith teleporting creeps to the Chen insead of the base
- Fixed Holy persuation counter being broken after acquiring Aghanim scepter
Huskar and Prophet
- Fixed these two missing some visuals
Lone Druid
- Lone Druid & Spirit bear now cannot drop used items
Obsidian Destroyer, Enchantress, Silencer
- Fixed Impetus, Arcane Orb & Glaives of wisdom damage not being amplified
Phantom Assassin
- Fixed Blur effect being inverse blured
Phantom Lancer
- Fixed Doppelganger's cast point to 0
Shadow Fiend
- Fixed Shadowraze tooltip
Spectre and Broodmother
- Fixed losing shadows while flying
- Fixed flying vision flickering on changing form
Twin Head Dragon
- Fixed THD's presence break ally-attack rules (units were able to attack everything they want)
Queen of Pain
- Fixed Queen of Pain's ulti leveling being available too early
Venomancer
- Fixed Veno's ward's poison affecting non-alive units like structures
Other
- Scourge ancient check respawn block rectangle increased
- Fixed last-item-selling abuse
- Fixed BKB animation flickering on morphs
- Fixed Boots of Travel targeting Webs and being unable to target flying units (Hawk)
- Fixed Buriza, Bloodstone recipe incorrect cost
- Fixed Maelstrom and Diffusal description
- Fixed Ethereal Blade permanent effect
- Fixed Crimson guard activation being counted as spell
- Fixed Crimson Guard buff missing description
