Disclaimer
This is a loooong list of changes made. Features placed on top, bug fixes then. List divided with headers to make reading a bit easier.

Gameplay

Accurate landscape
Terrain reworked to be just the same as DotA2. IceFrog's version has many issues and overlooks with terrain design, especially when it comes to juking.
Right click deny
Right clicking on allied creeps will order "attack" instead of "follow". You can now deny creeps using mouse only. Can be disabled by player.
Autoattack disabling
Every player can now disable autoattack for all controlled units and directly issue unit to hold it's attacks, using double Hold command. Both options can be disabled by player.
Free camera
Every player can choose camera height he likes to play with. No side tools required.
Powerful Circle of Power
Circles of Power now provides access to game options like Autoattack, Right click deny, Camera Settings. It can also be used to tell to allies which heroes are availabe at -SD mode. More than that, Circle of Power now shows Networth of player, which turns red if player cannot afford buyback. Died courier timer is also visible over Circle of power.
No delay
Every Warcraft 3 map has "random delay" setting, which delays any given order for 0-0.25 seconds. This delay now removed, so you won't get caught anymore.
Easy testing
In order to maximize testing power new commands were introduced. They heavily increase potential of any kind of test, allowing to check literally everything in single player. More than that, secret shop now available directly at fountain if it is Single player.
More statistic!
Observers can now see player's damage dealt to heroes and towers. These data also available at final board, after Ancient's death. Gold and Experience per minute statistic is also available there. Aside from that, any player can now check allies creeps statistic using -csa command and check their -st data using -sta command.
Eye-candy
Some heroes and items received a new, imrpoved visuals.

Buildings and base

Fountain hold
Fountain zones provides regeneration as soon as unit enters area, instead of waiting few seconds. Since 6.84 fountains are also invulnerable.
Glyph of Immortality
Glyph of Fortification no longer allows to damage structures even for 1 hit point. In official versions you still can penetrate this protection. No more! Also Glyph usage announce who ordered it.
Decorations
Decoration only buildings like Ziggurats or Moon Wells are all adjusted as they should be. No difference between all of them.
Fast start
First towers are no longer invulnerable until first creep wave spawns. Enemy can pressure these towers on their wish, but Glyph will be refreshed on first creep spawn either way, so it's easy to defend.

Items

Phase Boots
all bashes and critical strikes work in Phase state. The only issue here is red numbers, which will show post-reduction damage values instead of pre-reduction. This means Phased critical strikes will looks less impressive but still will be just as effective.
Bottle
Refilling Bottle at Fountains happens 3 times more often. You can as well put all runes into Bottle using simple right click. More than that, using Rune from Bottle no longer stops your hero (but will stop channgeling). Last thing - you can share bottle charge with ally, dropping bottle directly to him or nearby youself. As soon as ally grabs yout Bottle and you stays nearby, he will take a single charge and return it back to your inventory instantly.
Smart courieris
You no longer have to drop items on the ground to combine them with those from courier. If anything can be combined from all items courier and hero have, it will be combined. Just press "Delivery" button and that's all.
Everything is droppable*
Items no longer locked after using. Feel free to move you Daggers and Boots of Travel on Tinker anytime you want to. In case if item drop is completely unacceptable, there are chat command to swap items positions.
Easy disassembling
You can disassemble any allowed item anytime - just click it with right mouse button 4 times. You don't need to back to Fountain to disassemble Arcane boots!
Full price selling
Newly bought item can be sold back with refunding spent gold. Doesn't affect combined items, consumables and Ring of Health. You have only 10 seconds to sell item.

Heroes

Rubick, son of Aghanim
Rubick now able to steal Morph, Shapeshift, Chemical rage, Firefly and Elder Dragon Form. Other than morphs, he successed at Spirits, Trueshot aura and Refraction as well. We aiming at possibility to allow him to steal every ability possible soon.
Morphling
Morph no longer has "single cast", instead pressing hotkey will turn autocast on or off. If unit is disabled, hotkey won't be able to act this way, but autocast still can be activated manually.
Weaver
Weaver can now benefit from Desolator.

Original game bug fixes

There are so many bugs were fixed, it cannot be described that well as features.

General

  • Roshan respawn no longer can be spotted on minimap
  • Roshan no longer dies instantly from some effects
  • Respawning faster than 5 seconds no longer cause issues with vision range
  • Buyback now has visual debuff and gold text doesn't shown if it doesn't count
  • Assist bonus gold now shown in the kill string
  • Neutrals with manapool now have full mana from the start
  • Secret Shop no longer provides bonus vision
  • Creeps no longer stand still if stopped (Sprout / Power Cogs / Toss)
  • Haste rune now provides 1000% bonus MS instead of 100% (Hex could slow Hasted unit due to low base movespeed, no longer)
  • Adjusted creeps negliglible stats
  • WTF mode now supports charge-based abilities

  • Corrosive Skin no longer triggers on zero damage events (e.g. Track)

  • Juggernaut's Healing ward now targetable spell. When casted on allied unit created ward will follow it automatically
  • Healing ward's heal now stacks with Heart or Fountain's

  • Kotl can no longer teleports you with disablehelp active
  • Fixed Mana leak being undispellable with Magic Immunity, also no longer affects invulnerable units

  • Fixed Poison Sting being prolonged by Plague wards, now they place their own debuff which doesn't affect unit while Poison sting from hero still applied
  • Fixed Poison Sting preventing targets from using Dagger

  • Blink Dagger now can be targeted anywhere - no longer restricted by fog or anything else. Blink range won't cut to 1000 when targeted too far away but will use maximum 1200 range. Can be used on cliffs as well - its up to you to decide if you want to stuck somewhere or not. By default will try to find proper location. Double click will try to blink on fountain, no matter where Dagger was picked up.

  • Courier's transfer items from 350 range instead of 100
  • Courier's transfer items now complete everything possible item regardless empty slots count
  • Couriers no longer waste Magic Stick charges if upgraded inside courier
  • Couriers now upgrades wherever they are when recipe is bought. Order is: firstly your couriers, then allied controlled couriers, then allied non-controlled couriers.
  • A single player cannot buy more than 2 couriers anymore. Dead couriers still count.
  • Chat command -ui now switches courier respawn label on and off
  • Courier respawn timer no longer shown if courier uncontrollable to player
  • Courier respawn now also visible over circle of power (ally and observers only)
  • If courier killed, but not by scourge/sentinel player, it won't provide bonus gold
  • Killing courier now reveals the killer
  • Killed courier won't ping on minimap for enemies
  • Flying Courier

  • Flying courier now cannot be bought until 3 minutes mark. If cooldown ends before that mark, you still can't buy it - error message will remind that
