Very slightly increased xp gain for hero kills, which snowballing so should be enough
Very slightly increased xp gain growth and gold gain growth for neutral kills over time, which was a joke-like
Decreased xp requirements for hero levels above 25: 2740, 3000, 3500, 4200, 5000 -> 2690, 2800, 2950, 3130, 3370

Thus buffing creeps becomes more viable, and damage is amplified by Wisp spell amplification

Located on river victims now receives by 35% more damage, 35% longer stun and 35% longer slow

Kinetic Field
Now interrupts more mobility spells, including Charge and Dive

Windrun
No longer requires moving evade attacks or slow enemies
But stun or root will still prevent evading and disable slowing aura

Use on main caster to prevent teleportaion of both him and ethered unit or on tethered unit to prevent only his teleportation

Any of 4 basic abilities can be chosen at any level instead of being forced to learn ability at 5th slot

Instead attribute bonusea are no longer selectable but instead learns automatically at levels on which hero is unable to choose new ability
These levels are: 23-30 for all modes, additionally 20-22 at S5 and 15, 16, 17, 19 at S4
Thus hero can receive 8 levels in attribute points ability at S6, 11 at S5 and 15 at S4
Each level grants +1 to strength, agility, intelligence, +1% movespeed, +1% turnspeed, +1% cast time reduction and 1% status resistance

Also this means that disassembled items wont be comboed back together after drinking bottle or so

Timer on picking stage now changes color depending on time left: red (unavailable yet) -> green -> yellow -> red

Why? Because usually you don't need to have them all binded, as you can have only one of them and for a couple spells on neutrals
But setting this in config is weird because you cannot set one key for multiple actions
Note:
If you have binded ASkillSlot binded in config and planninng to use -abind, it's recommended to clean them from config

Added config and chat commands for camera options:
Angle of view:
Config: "CameraAngle = " (possible numbers are between 0 and 90, default 56)
Chat: "-anglecam x" (again, x should be between 0 and 90)

A couple of peoples asked to do so for playing as Scourge

Game Modes

Added shortmode "!mode tour11" which is equal to "!mode mdomnpnnde" (yes, 4 skills)

Added secondary game mode "-de" (aka duel)
Supposed to be used in 1v1 and 2v2 only mid tour games
It includes following limitations:
First creep wave is not blockable anyhow until 17.5 seconds of match
Disallows picking Spin Web (Broodmother 2)
Disallows buying Dagon, Hood, Vanguard, Blade Mail and their upgrades
Limitations may be updated in future

Added new secondary game mode:
-ep "enemy pick": players picking abilities for their mirror opponent instead of self (player 1 for 6, 2 for 7, etc)
Abilities are swaped before hero pick in this case, thus players decides hero body for themselves
After pick enemy abilities can be seen anytime via -si command like on mode SS (actually turns on SS mode automatically)
Does not work with DM or RD modes (RD or DM takes priority)
Tavern swap is disabled, however heroes still can be swapped after pick if "noswap" mode is not enabled
Shortmodes for "enemy pick" mode:
-ep1 stands for "sd + s6 + it"
-ep2 stands for "md + s6 + du"
-ep3 stands for "md + s6 + d2 + du + os"
-ep4 stands for -ep1 + noswap
-ep5 stands for -ep2 + noswap

Note 1: This mode used to show weakest abilities and combinations by players opinion
Note 2: Idea of this mode has been existing for at least last 6 years, and so we played by this rule back in time, but was ot supported by map to make using it simple
Note 3: If mode is not mirror draft, at hero pick stage players receives hero pool from which their opponent was choosing to them, so there will not happen that no heroes available
Note 4: At this mode Synergy, Overload, Static Field, Fiery Soul, Warpath and multiple polymorphs on single hero are unavalable to be picked


Global game mechanics

Proc Chance modifier added in game, called Luck
Positive modifiers stacks linearly; e.g. 20% chance +35% (or x1.35) +20% (or x1.20) will turn 20*1.55 = 31% chance to proc
Negative multiplies (deminishing return); e.g. -20% (x0.8) and -10% (x0.9) will turn 20% to 20 * 0.8 * 0.9 = 14.4% chance to proc
Positive + negative: 20 * (1+1.35+1.2) * (0.8 * 0.9) = 22.32%
Evasions updated to be pseudo-random based, granting more accurate numbers.
Also this allows to modify them via Luck modifier (cannot go above 100%, of course)
Evasions counts Luck of evading unit, including misses from blinding of attackers
Chance-based Truestrikes depends on Luck of attacker, however

Antibackdoor regeneration was much faster than i think it should be
It changed to be in 10 times slower depending on damage dealt, but maximum amount doubled
Limit of total hp regenerated increased from 75% to 80% of received damage
Statistic counting fixed to count actual dealt damage from 75% to 20% (as 80% are regenerated)

Maximum hero level 25 -> 30
Reaching these levels may be hard, however, e.g. level 25 requires 31560 total exp, but level 30 requires 50000 total
Gold and experience for them bounties keeps slightly growing a levels 26-30, respawn time stays 90 seconds
Hero respawn random location size increased to reduce chances of fishing

Slightly rebalanced experience required to gain hero levels
Slightly rebalanced experience gained for hero kills

Attribute Bonus changed:
Old: 10 levels, increasing attributes grow
New: 8 levels, +1 to all attributes, +1% movement speed, +1% turning speed, +1% status resistance, +1% cast time reduction per level up to 8% each
These bonuses works for illusions as well (except CTR, as illusions are unable to use active abilities)

Non-ultimative 5th skill mechanics changed:
They are now added at levels 4 7 10 13 (down from 5 8 11 14)
Obtaining them now consumes ability point (yes, this will disallow to max one ability at level 7 without saving points at level 5 or 6)

Ultimates are now learned at levels:
6 12 18 for first ultimate (up from 6 11 16)
9 15 21 for second ultimate (up from 8 13 18)

Heroes at max level does no longer leech experience from others

Status Resistance
Negative modifiers now stacks linearly instead of multiplicatively
E.g. Enfeeble lvl 4 + Divergence aura will provide
old: 1 * 1.35 * 1.18 = 1.593 (+59.3% debuff duration / TR slow efficiency)
new: 1 + 0.35 + 0.18 = 1.53 (+53% stun duration / AS MS TR slow efficiency)

Updated Cast Range bonus modifier
Now is customisable with multiplie possible sources
Aether Lens cast range bonus 200 -> 150
Octarine bonus remains 200 (overlaps Lens bonus)
Cast Range bonus is now halved for non-ultimative escaping abilities
Escaping Ultimates will have full range bonus
Now this halved bonus works also on: Earthshock, Pounce, Leap, Icarus Dive, Illusory Orb, Omnislash

Recoded all attack and movement speed modifiers
Most of negative effects on AS and MS will be affected by status resistance by modifying their efficiency instead of modifying duration (with a very few exceptions)
This means that poisons and auras are affected as well
This also means that negative status resistance will decrease efficiency of slows
So unlike stuns and several other debuffs which checks status resistance only on laying, changing stutus resistance will instantly modify slow efficiencies

Limits update:
Maximum attack speed 500 -> 700 (maximum AS bonus 400 -> 600)
Maximum movement speed 522 (unlocked unlimited) -> 1000 (1044 is an actualy engine limitation, MS above works extremely bad even with technical fixes)
Note: unlock is granted by 2 abilities currently: Thirst and Shadow Dance with Aghanim's scepter upgrade)

Changed the idea how several "stable" movespeed bonuses works:
Old: sets unit movespeed to a fixed amount, unchangeable by anything except rooting
New: sets unit movespeed to a fixed amount, but if his "normal" movespeed, counting his default speed, bonuses and penalties is higher, it will overlap ability feature

Ensnares and other things which turns movespeed to 0 will be ignored in counting unit movespeed for several purposes (infesting unit, ancestral spirit speed, charge of darkness speed, greater bash)
Greater Bash now properly counts movespeed with Charge bonus

Thus changed abilities:

Other mechanics and visuals

New feature
Rare, nearly unique percentage attack speed bonus / penalty

All percentage attack speed bonuses and penalties stacks linearly with each other (e.g. +15% and -35% will be -20% in total)
Penalties are resistable with status resistance
How calculation goes:
Basic attack speed of each unit is 100
Then he has e.g. +250 attack speed from agility and other bonuses, so total AS is 350. And then it's multiplied by bonus, in case of Butterfly bonus AS updates to 350*1.15 = 402.5

Recoded all HP and MP regenerations
HP regenenrations will be affected by HP restoring bonuses, and so more modifiers for this will be added
MP regenerations will not bug with by insane regen anymore (when it has been doubling till death without any logical reasons)
All items got numerical MP regen bonus instead of percentage
Percentage bonus will be in game but it will be sort of special and will affect bonuses from mana regenerating auras and from mana steals as well

All positive heal and regen amplifications stacks linearly.
All negative stacks multiplicatively
Same applies for mana restore and regen amplifications

Recoded Truesights
Hopefully this will fix bug when units turns invisible and thus avoids attack projectiles even tho he was staying under revealing sources

Devour and Phantom Rush can now be toggled on and off
Devour will not change ability when toggled off
Devour digestion string will now be shown only for hero owner
Phantom Rush will not proc when toggled off (illusions still always procs it)
Both will be turned on when learned
Note: use ASkillSlot (1-6) in config or -abind # for more comfortable toggling of any togglable abilities

Is now halved (50%) against non-heroes, including illusions
Basic amounts are slightly increased for some abilities and items

Spell Amplification debuffs now stacks multiplicatively instead of linearly
This makes alone debuff more effective against positive spell amplification of victim but less effective when have multiple of them, and will never reach 0

Multiboard info will now display gold related on possibility of player to buyback his hero (in case of death if alive, right now if dead)

This also works for enemy players under Track effect

Bonus armor per Agility increased from 0.16 to 0.2
This also removed hundredths points of armor from game and so from tooltips
Base armor of most heroes decreased by 1 to compensate

Recoded night imitation, thus fixed bug where multiple imitated nights (e.g. dark ascension + eclipse or just 2 of same abilities) would shift daytime forever on some seconds
Added day imitation, which overlaps nights. Supernova changed to provide midday daytime, no matter what
All day and night imitations changed to toggle instead of been strictly limited by time, thus:

MS: +6 per level, except for level 30 where courier receives +7 MS; up to +175 in total, resulting 500 speed

Armor: +0.5 per level except for level 30 where courier receives +1.0 armor; up to +15 in total, resulting 15 armor
Certain abilities will still affect enemy couriers, e.g. Dismember, Fiend's Grip, Culling Blade, Abyssal Blade, Amplify Damage, etc.

When couriers trasferring items to hero, there's certain distance around courier or hero on which they checks for items on ground
This distance increased 300 -> 650

Items of allied leavers will be given to ordering hero upon Transfer Items command just like own items
Observer Wards, Sentry Wards, Dust of Appearance, Smoke of Deceit and Tome of Knowledge will be always transferred

Leaver's item will be "claimed" when picked up by hero or spirit bear of another player so it cannot be transferred further. Works only with allied items.

Leaver's heroes will provide x4 gold bounty upon death

Passive GPM (gold per minute) increased by 20% (from ~100 per minute to 120 per minute)

Instead it **heals caster by up to 35% of damage received by linked ally**, still depending on distance to him, the closer the stronger and not works above 1500 distance
Still linking to any of 2 linked units cancels previous link instantly
Note 1: this used to make active ability more attractive for thin heroes and let them stay closer to their tanks if needed as item is supposed to be carried by them anyway, while tanks most likely needs other boots
Note 2: not treated as Heal and so cannot be increased or reduced or transferred back via Tether

Sange and Yasha, Yasha and Kaya, Kaya and Sange:
Relative attributes +16
Following bonuses are 4 from 6, depending on item:

+20% MS restoration
All these bonuses are overlapped by Triforce Blade but not bonuses from basic Sange, Yasha and Kaya (to not break other itembuilds)

+20 strength, +20% status resistance, +20% evasion, +20% HP restoration, active stays same
"Long Hands" passive: +50 attack range for melee heroes only

Manta Style
+10 strength, +26 agility, +10 intelligence, +10% Movement Speed, 10% chance to avoid damage, active stays same

Ethereal Blade
Kaya + Ghost Scepter + Recipe (total cost 4550)
+5 strength, +5 agility, +25 intelligence, +15% spell amplification, +20% MP restoration
Active damage tweaked from 75+x2 caster main attribute to 50+x1.5 victim main attribute

Abyssal Blade
Active updated to provide instant melee attack on target, thus applies all on-attack effects including bash bonus damage except that this bash has 1.8 seconds duration instead of 1.2 seconds
Another exception is this instant attack does not trigger Echo Saber, just like Stifling Dagger does not
Wind Walk additional effects on hit will be used on this attack

Magic Stick, Magic Wand:
Can now be used during channelings

Holy Beads:
Is no longer usable on allies, has instant cast (allied heal was barely used anyway, so it become like magic stick and magic wand)
Can now be used during channelings
Does no longer grants heal and regen amplification
This was going to make Holy Beads too similar to Hood but stronger and with additional bonuses
Bonus hp and mp restore of missing hp and mp per charge 0.6% -> 0.7%
Bonus attributes, HP, MP, resistance: 6, 200, 200, 20% -> 5, 250, 250, 25%

Vladmirs Offering
Recipe: Broadsword replaced by Claws of Attack, total cost 2750 -> 2200
Aura damage bonus 18% -> 13%

Helf of the Dominator
Recipe cost 975 -> 900, total cost 2350 -> 2275

Helm of the Overlord
Recipe cost 1000 -> 925, total cost 6100 -> 5400
Creep Attack Speed bonus 20 -> 30
Aura works on structures (armor, damage, lifesteal, not manareg obviously)

Lotus Orb
Requires Energy Booster again (total cost 3950 -> 4100)
Bonus +250 HP -> +250 MP
Manacost 125 -> 150

Buriza
Recipe cost 1000 -> 800
Damage bonus 90 -> 82

Sentry Wards
Now grants small bounty for kill
Both gold and experience bounty is in 5 times less than for Observer Ward and similarly grows over time

Geminate Attack and Moment of Courage are no longer pickable together (out of Balance Off mode)
Illusions can now use following abilities:
Geminate Attack (cooldown is not displayed on illusion control panel!)
Moment of Courage (cooldown is not displayed on illusion control panel!)
Echo Saber (attack speed bonus but not slow)
Echo Lance (attack speed bonus but not slow)
All of them will start with their normal cooldown (including reductions) on illusion once illusion created
And vise versa, Radiance no longer works for illusions
Note: it creates some mess with damage amplification coming from multiple new buffs, and also illusions are okay without it with new features working for them
Strong illusions are now treated as heroes against hit-count armor (except things which they are unable to attack: supernova and ignis fatuus)


Creeps and hero bodies

Glyph reset rule changed
Now it's reseted once per each tier tower except tier 4

Sniper, Gyrocopter turn rate 0.6 -> 0.45
Razor turnrate 0.5 -> 0.45
These numbers are slightly less than any other hero in game as a compensation for their fast attack animation and projectile speeds at once

Ranged lane creeps manapool 500 -> 200/300/400 for normal/super/mega creeps

Neutrals no longer has Critical Strike, neither provides it via Devour
Wolves and Sasquatch Warriors DPS slightly increased to compensate, wolves HP slightly increased too
Devoured wolf aura damage +10% / +15% -> +12% / +20%

Neutral Golems magic resistance 50% -> 40%
Golem Camp HP slightly decreased but damage slightly increased
Enraged Wildkin moved from level 5 to level 6 (has meaning for mindcontrolling/devouring abilities)

Roshan
HP 6000 + 125 per minute -> 5000 + 100 per minute
Armor 20 + 0.325 per minute -> 25 + 0.4 per minute
Magic resistance 55% -> 66.6%
Status resistance 20% + 0.5% per minute -> 20% + 0.4% per minute (still 80% max)
Bash duration 1.65 + 0.01 * game minutes -> 1.5 + 0.01 * game minutes
First Cheese or Smelly Cheese now appears on second Roshan instead of third
Cheese grants Roshan additional 10 HP/sec regeneration
Smelly Cheese grants Roshan bashes enchantment which decreases enemy hp and mp restoration by 50% for 5 seconds (not stacks with active debuff from Smelly Cheese)
