Interface and visuals

Improved selection priority for creeps for units
New order:
Heroes > Ancient active creeps (disable > ranged cast > aoe cast) > normal creeps (targeted disable > targeted nuke > aoe nuke > buffs&heals) > no active creeps

-kickafk command no longer completely closes the game for player

Animations of Obsidian Destroyer and Dragonspawn Sage were too fast - made them longer in 1.25 times, seems to be ok now

Wisp Flickerball is now less flickering - animations slowed in 1.5 times

Improved clickability of Clockwerk Goblin, Observer, Sentry, Plague and Serpent wards and Homing Missile, especialy for Gyro Shark skin

Unit Stats ability no longer shows excessive info (Attribute Bonus Level for non-hero units)

Added fool protection: Fiery Soul, Overload and Synergy are no longer learneable at hero level 1


Ouposts
Capture is made slightly longer, 6.66 -> 7.5 sec for lone hero (reminder that capturing southeast outpost was too slow due to bug, but normal is too fast)


Game mechanics

Neutrals aggro range 240 -> 275

Runes are no longer completely blockable by units bodies. Right click on blocker would cause picking up rune instead of attack.

Armor efficiency slightly decreased back to dota amounts

All temporal str and int giving abilities now keeps same HP and MP percentage of caster instead of adding current HP and MP
Affected: Decay, Double Edge, Glaives of Wisdom
Thus hero owner needs to have higher HP or MP percentage to get more efficiency from using these
Watery Grasp (Morph ulti) is an exception which increases current hp by the same amount

Leaver heroes are now given 15 seconds to return to base before increasing bounty for their death

Generalized, which angle is counted as unit "Front", which as "Side" and which is "Back"
Front - 0-75 degrees in left and right from facing direction, Side - 75-105 degrees, Back - 105-180 degrees
Thus slightly tweaked Quill Spray by ±5 degrees

Outpost item upgrade won't show visual effect on unit for enemy to not reveal real hero randomly between illusions

All ranged abilities which effect depends on attributes of caster now gets attribute vanule of owner at the moment of projectile launch (sky 1, morph 2)

Centaurs are extremely powerful; they cannot be stopped as long as they are alive.
Cannot be slowed below 180 + 4 * hero level
Able to move even when rooted with speed of 90 + 2 * hero level
+50 Base MS for couriers (Burst MS is unaffected)
Note 1: all other units has minimum speed of 100, so for Centaurs this minimum is increased.
Note 2: all other units has speed of 0 when rooted, while Centaurs are able to slowly but move

Creatures (Arc, Beastmaster, Bristleback, Dirty Assassin, Geomancer, Tusk, Ursa)

Natural heroes gains supremacy from their basis.

Morphling got lowest base Intelligence in game
Tiny already had lowest Agility

Features

First appearance of unique neutral units
They're so elder that are not very harmful, but as long as they drops nice stuff, why would we care?

Neutral units — Tier 0 — Mammoths
Appears at start of game even before first creep spawn in Big Forest — botleft part for Sentinels and topright for Scourges
Exact spawn position is random but symmetrical for each forest
Spawns only 1 per forest, so 2 total in game
Provides small gold and experience bonus when killed
Can be devoured! But do not provide any ability
Can be converted! So Holy Persuasion and Enchant users may feel self better at game start
Do not block spawn of other neutrals
In case of killer or converted instantly they drops special items, each with it's own bonuses
All these items has passive bonus and one-time usage, which will also apply half of item passive bonus to hero and his illusions forever
These items takes normal item slot, can be shared with allies and cannot be sold
Illusions receives passive bonuses from these items if consumed

Mammoth Meat
Mammoth Meat is very tough but it's better than nothing

General balance

Some (mostly unpopular) heroes got small buffs in attributes
Agility heroes with high manacost on innate abilities or with autocastable arrow-type abilities got more intelligence
Some (mostly melee STR) heroes got, the opposite) nerf of starting damage

Movespeed slows now multiplies with their relative bonuses rather than summarizing
This will make slows more effective against bonuses
Similar mechanics is used in all other kinds of slows
Reminder that Attack Speed slows mostly comes numerical, not percentage
Example
Old: base ms 300 * (1.25 [rabid] + 0.5 [crystal nova] * 0.5 [status resist]) = 300 * 1.25+0.75 = 300
New: base ms 300 * (1.25 [rabid]) * (0.5 [crystal nova] * 0.5 [status resist]) = 300 * 1.25 * 0.75 = 281.25

Teleporation toward unit can now be cancelled by capturing it, like teleportation on creeps and outposts

Illusions do no longer deal only half damage to buildings and Roshan

Towers HP regen grow slightly reduced

Respawn times slightly reduced, especially in early game:

All unit converting abilities now removes all dispelable debuffs including stuns from target, before there was a couple of exceptions

Couriers

Transfer items now goes in the opposite order: items in first slot will be prioritized
This only affects items which are already in courier

Find Secret Shop will now send couriers on safer place above trees


Introducing Outposts

They are 2 on the edges of map instead of sideshops
Each outpost gets active when nearest tower is destroyed and goes into hands of enemy of tower owner, no matter if tower denied
Outposts cannot be destroyed
Heroes can teleport toward allied outposts like toward towers
They provides vision and truesight around
Truesight area and Capturing area are equal and can be highlighted with Alt
Capturing requires at least 1 hero of opposite team to stand nearby
The more heroes will capture it the faster they will do so
Partially captures outpost slowly chills over time even if no allied heroes present nearby
Let's say that chill speed is 100%
Then capture speed is 200/300/400/500/600%, depending on amount of heroes
Capture can be prevented by any hero of owner team being nearby
Each outpost passively provides bonus experience every 2 minutes of being owned
Bonus experience is equal to 60 and grows by 10 every 5 minutes of game
Dead heroes will not receive bonus
Successful changing outpost owner resets this 2 minutes timer
Owning Outposts in sum of 3 minutes allows to upgrade Bracers, Wraith Bands and Null Talismans of team

Every hero has it's own Class (race, faction, whatever you'd like to call it)

11) High Elves

+1 per Intelligence point

12) Humans
+25% to efficiency of active abilities of Potions (Clarity, Tango, Salve, Bottle, Leaf, Mango, Cheese)
